Project Background
Arlington Storage Company, LLC (“ASC”) is currently developing a 10 bcf natural gas storage facility in Steuben County, New York known as Thomas Corners. The project when completed will have a working storage capacity of approximately 7.0 bcf and interconnections with interstate pipelines systems of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company and Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation.

ASC has received firm commercial commitments for this project and filed its FERC Application on March 14, 2008. The anticipated in-service date is fall of 2009 with firm service commitments to begin April 1, 2010.

Thomas Corners development is wholly owned by Inergy Midstream, LLC, which also owns and operates Central New York Oil And Gas Company, LLC’s Stagecoach Storage facility, a 31.9 bcf natural gas storage facility; Bath LPG Storage facility a 1.5 million barrel liquid petroleum storage facility; and ASC’s Steuben Gas Storage Company, a 9 bcf natural gas storage facility.
